Luvya Travel Corporation is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore Luvya Travel Corporation shall not be deemed to be responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any lack, or deficiency, interruption, change, rescheduling, delay, or cancellation of services provided by any person or entity (including airline, hotel, activity provider or similar agency) that, you may engage or, hire from the content available on the Site (though Luvya Travel Corporation may pass on such information to customers when requested to do so by any person providing such services). For availing the services on the Site or Luvya Travel Corporation Platform, Luvya Travel Corporation reserves the right to charge certain fees in the nature of convenience fees or service fees in addition to the cost of booking as charged by the service providers.

Luvya Travel Corporation further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time.

Any such additional fees, including fee towards any modifications thereof, will be displayed to customer before confirming the booking or collecting the payment from such customer.

In the event of short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, convenience fee etc., owing to any technical error or other reason, Luvya Travel Corporation shall reserve the right to deduct, charge or claim the balance amount from the customer and the customer shall pay such balance amount to Luvya Travel Corporation

In the event where the short charge is claimed prior to the utilization of the booking, Luvya Travel Corporation will be at liberty to cancel such bookings if the amount is not paid before the utilization date.

Luvya Travel Corporation is not responsible for any refunds in connection with any services offered by any person on the Luvya Travel Corporation platform (except for passing on such refunds when received from such persons to customers), other than refunds of convenience fees paid made to Luvya Travel Corporation for the services it provides to customers (subject to such refund requests being in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with the terms of the applicable ticket / booking)

  • Luvya Travel Corporation is not responsible to provide information on any change in flight schedules, cancellation, refund, status of airline/hotel etc, and bears no liability in respect of any such changes.
  • Air tickets booked under group booking are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
  • If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
  • It would take at least minimum of 15 to 60 days to process the refund (if due).
  • It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
  • Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card it will be reversed to their account at the discretion of the company. It would at least take 60 days to process refunds.
  • There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, air ticket, transport and sightseeing etc.,) for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. ( to customer bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode / credit /debit card – reversal to their respective credit card account will be done. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in their account.
  • Clients have option to keep their refund money in our account and collect credit certificate and utilise the same with 12 months.
  • The scheduled flights for this site are administered by the terms of the airfare you receive and the states and are determined by the airline.
  • Airfares are in most cases completely non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Airline fees or part or full leave costs may apply to your specific airfare.
  • A travel consultant will help you wherever conceivable within these terms and conditions.
  • Renaming is not allowed, in the event that you did something wrong with your name, at that point, you have to skip the ticket reservation (if accessible) and save the ticket again with modification. In this process, you may have to cross some and take different charges according to flight and aircraft. It is your duty to check the subtle totals of sufficient numbers of passengers while making a reservation.

Focus to remember: –

  • Cancellation fees will be associated with each person’s ticket. These charges will be added as soon as the merchant approves the waiver.
  • If the provider has not discounted your amount, then at that time we can give you a discount related to our post-ticketing administration fee.
  • For a discount we can tell you a few different points of interest for security reasons, just to guarantee that we are preparing to promote the individual.
